1. Who We Are

Hitech Regen is a registered fictitious business name (DBA) of Synergy Staffing LLC, 18455 Burbank Blvd, Suite 208, Tarzana, CA 91356. In these Terms, “Hitech Regen”, “we”, “our”, and “us” mean Synergy Staffing LLC. By using hitechregen.com, submitting a form, or receiving SMS communications from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Use of This Website

The content on this website is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation. Using this website, submitting a form, or exchanging messages with us does not create a clinician patient relationship. Whether any option is appropriate for you is determined solely by a licensed clinician after an individual evaluation. Always consult a qualified health professional about your own circumstances.

3. Consent for SMS Communication

You opt in to text messages by submitting a form on hitechregen.com and checking the SMS consent box on that form. The box is unchecked by default and is not required in order to submit the form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or treatment, and you may withdraw it at any time. You must be the subscriber of the mobile number you provide or be authorized to consent on behalf of the subscriber.

4. Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented, you may receive text messages related to the request you submitted:

  • Confirmation that we received your inquiry.
  • A link to your secure intake form, and one follow-up if the form has not been completed.
  • Scheduling coordination for your own consultation.
  • Replies to questions you send us by text.

We do not send promotional, advertising, or marketing text messages, and we do not include medical or health details in text messages.

5. Standard Messaging Disclosures

  • Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity. Typically one to three messages are sent in connection with a request.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates are charged by your mobile service provider.
  • You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. We honor STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further text messages.
  • For help, reply HELP to any message, email info@hitechregen.com, or call 818-938-9023.
  • To opt back in after opting out, reply START or submit a form on the website again.
  • No mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS consent, is sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Neither Hitech Regen nor participating wireless carriers are responsible for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected, including delays or failures caused by network conditions, device settings, service interruptions, or factors outside our reasonable control.

7. Age Restriction

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this website, to consent to receive text messages from us, and to receive services. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the phone number you provided belongs to you or that you are authorized to consent on behalf of the account holder. We do not knowingly collect phone numbers from, or send messages to, individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete that information and remove the number from our messaging list.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It forms part of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the website or of our SMS program after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
