How the model works, from the first call to a visit at home in Los Angeles. If your question is not answered here, ask a licensed provider on a consultation.
Getting Started
How the model works
Hitech Regen is a mobile cellular wellness service in Los Angeles. We coordinate NAD+, exosome, and other cellular wellness support through a physician guided model that starts with a consultation and, when appropriate, brings care to your home.
It follows four simple steps. You book a consultation and share your goals, your location and what you are hoping to change. A licensed provider reviews your history and eligibility and recommends a pathway. When appropriate, our mobile team coordinates your at home visit. Then follow up helps guide scheduling, next steps, and ongoing optimization.
Neither, at least not at the start. You start with a consultation. A licensed provider reviews your history, your current care and a medical screening, then explains what may be appropriate. Nothing is selected from a menu, and a consultation does not guarantee that anything will be recommended.
Start with the care area that matches your concern. Our Conditions section groups the areas people most often ask about, from longevity and neurological support through to metabolic and sexual health. A provider then reviews your goals, location, health history and eligibility before discussing anything. The discussion is personal to you, not a fixed package.
A medical screening that a licensed provider must complete before any service can be considered. You receive a secure link by text message, complete the screening yourself, and a provider reviews it. If it does not clear, nothing is scheduled and we tell you why.
Nothing is scheduled and there is no cost. Being told that nothing is appropriate is a normal outcome of an honest assessment. A provider who never says no is not assessing anyone.
People who want a proactive, high touch approach to healthy aging, energy, recovery, and cellular wellness, and who value having a clear plan before anything is scheduled. A provider review determines whether any pathway is appropriate for you.
Mobile and At Home Care
Care at home
Yes, when appropriate and available. Care may be coordinated in select mobile or concierge settings depending on your location, provider approval, the service under discussion, state requirements, and whether the selected option suits an at home setting.
We serve Southern California. Availability depends on your ZIP code, the service under discussion, and provider approval.
When a visit is appropriate, our mobile team coordinates the session at a scheduled time in your home. The experience is designed to be private, unhurried, and professional, with follow up afterward.
Yes. Some cellular pathways may require a specific clinical environment rather than an at home visit. Your provider will explain the right setting for the pathway being discussed.
Booking, Consultation, and Follow Up
Booking and follow up
Use the Book a Consultation button anywhere on the site and share a few details, including your Los Angeles ZIP code. The care coordination team follows up to arrange your consultation.
No. A consultation is a conversation to understand your goals and review eligibility. Submitting a request does not create a provider patient relationship, and nothing is scheduled until you and your provider decide on a plan.
A provider may review your health history, wellness goals, energy concerns, medications, previous therapies, available labs, lifestyle factors, and eligibility for specific supportive options.
Labs are not always required before your first consultation. If you already have lab or biomarker data, sharing it can help your provider understand your wellness profile and personalize the discussion.
Follow up helps guide next steps, scheduling, and ongoing optimization so your plan can evolve with your goals over time.
Safety, Eligibility, and Results
Safety and eligibility
Every pathway begins with review by a licensed provider who considers your history, eligibility, and the appropriate care setting. A provider determines whether any option is suitable for you before anything moves forward.
No. Individual results vary, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. Recommendations depend on provider review, clinical judgment, eligibility, availability, and your individual wellness goals.
No. These are wellness support pathways. They are not a substitute for primary care, emergency care, or treatment of a medical condition. Continue to see your regular providers for medical concerns.
No. Information on this website is for educational purposes only and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Services begin with provider review, and submitting a consultation request does not create a provider patient relationship. Looking for something specific? Our Conditions directory covers six care areas and twenty individual concerns.
