What healthy aging means

Aging is a normal process shaped by genetics, health conditions, physical activity, nutrition, sleep, medications, stress, and social connection. There is no single test or product that defines healthy aging. Established care focuses on preventive visits, appropriate screening, movement, nutrition, sleep, and management of existing conditions.

Longevity and regenerative products are often marketed with language that goes beyond the evidence. No exosome product is FDA approved to slow, stop, or reverse aging. A responsible consultation should separate general wellness goals from claims about lifespan, disease prevention, or biological age. If you have been offered a biological age score, a promise about lifespan, or a plan presented to you before any assessment has taken place, those are the claims we mean.

Our role is to review your health history, current care, and priorities with a licensed provider. The conversation may help clarify reasonable wellness goals, questions for your primary care clinician, and whether any additional assessment makes sense. It does not replace preventive care or guarantee a particular outcome.

What a consultation may cover

A healthy-aging consultation may help you:

  • A structured review of your health history, your preventive care, and what you actually want to change
  • A plain account of which healthy-aging claims have evidence behind them and which are marketing
  • Screening for age-related and medication-related factors that may affect eligibility
  • Questions to discuss with your primary care clinician
  • A realistic next step, which is often a preventive-care conversation rather than anything we offer

Who May Benefit

A healthy-aging assessment may make sense for people including:

  • Adults who want a structured review of healthy aging priorities
  • People already working with a primary care clinician on preventive health
  • Individuals seeking a realistic explanation of longevity research
  • People with general recovery or resilience goals who understand outcomes are not guaranteed
  • Adults willing to coordinate recommendations with their existing care team

Therapies a Provider May Consider

Every option is reviewed individually after your history, current care, and goals are understood.

What the Research Looks At

Healthy aging research supports established lifestyle and preventive-care priorities, while many commercial longevity claims remain unproven. The references below provide NIH guidance, the FDA's consumer alert on this category of product, and a view of registered research.

Start With an Assessment

Every visit begins with a consultation and a medical screening. A licensed provider decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Aging cannot be stopped, and nothing offered here is approved to reverse it. The consultation focuses on realistic wellness goals, current evidence, and coordination with established preventive care.
No. Preventive visits, screening, vaccination, and the management of any condition you already have stay with your primary care clinician. This consultation sits alongside that care and does not replace it.
You share intake information and complete a medical screening. A licensed provider then reviews your health history, your current preventive care, and the goals you describe, and separates the goals that are reasonable from the claims that are not supported. Only after that review can the provider decide whether any next step is appropriate.
A licensed provider makes that decision after reviewing your history and screening information. Not everyone is eligible, and being told that no further step is appropriate is a normal outcome of an honest assessment.
Hitech Regen serves Southern California. Availability and suitability are discussed during the consultation before any visit is scheduled.
Cost is discussed after a licensed provider determines whether anything is appropriate to consider. We do not quote a condition-specific plan before the assessment.
