Hitech Regen is a registered fictitious business name (DBA) of Synergy Staffing LLC (“Hitech Regen”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit hitechregen.com (the “Website”), submit a form on the Website, or communicate with us by phone, email, or text message.

Information We Collect

  • Information you give us. When you submit a form on the Website or contact us by phone or email, we collect your first and last name, mobile phone number, email address, ZIP code, and anything else you choose to include in your message.
  • Consent records. When you check the SMS consent box on a form, we record that you consented, the exact consent language shown to you, and the date and time of the submission.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the Website we may collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you view.

We do not ask for and do not want medical or health details in a website form or in a text message. Clinical information is collected by the licensed provider during your consultation and is kept in the provider’s own patient records, not on this Website.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your request. To contact you about a consultation request you submitted, to send you the secure intake form link, to coordinate scheduling, and to answer questions you send us.
  • To operate and improve the Website. To keep the Website secure and working, and to understand how visitors use it.
  • Email newsletters and promotional email. Only if you separately ask to receive them. We do not send promotional or marketing content by text message. See the Text Messaging section below.
  • Legal compliance. To comply with applicable law and to respond to lawful requests, subpoenas, or court orders.

Text Messaging (SMS) Program

Who sends the messages. Text messages are sent by Hitech Regen, a DBA of Synergy Staffing LLC.

How you opt in. You opt in by submitting a form on hitechregen.com and checking the SMS consent box on that form. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or treatment. Entering your phone number alone does not opt you in. We never buy, rent, or accept phone numbers from third-party lists, and consent given to us is never transferred to another business.

What we send. Messages relate only to the request you submitted: confirmation that we received your inquiry, your secure intake form link, one follow-up if the intake form has not been completed, scheduling coordination for your own consultation, and replies to questions you text us. These are customer care messages. We do not send promotional, advertising, or marketing text messages.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your own activity. Typically you receive one to three messages in connection with a request.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop. Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. We honor STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further text messages. Reply HELP to any message, or email info@hitechregen.com, or call 818-938-9023, for help. To opt back in, reply START or submit a form on the Website again.

Mobile information is not shared for marketing. No mobile information, including your phone number and your SMS consent, will be sold, rented, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers and consent records are shared only with the messaging service providers we use to deliver our text messages, and those providers may not use the information for their own purposes.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may share information in these limited cases:

  • Service providers. Companies that operate the Website, host our forms, deliver our email and text messages, and provide customer relationship management. They act on our instructions and may use the information only to provide the service to us.
  • Licensed providers. The licensed provider who reviews your request, so that your consultation can be scheduled and conducted.
  • Legal requirements. Where required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, our staff, or the public.
  • Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your request, to meet our legal and recordkeeping obligations, and to prove that consent was given, then delete or de-identify it.

Your Rights and Choices

  • Text messages. Reply STOP at any time, as described above.
  • Email. Click the unsubscribe link in any promotional email, or write to info@hitechregen.com. We may still send you messages about a request you have already made.
  • Access, correction, and deletion. You may ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to info@hitechregen.com and we will respond as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

California Privacy Rights

This section applies to California residents. In the past twelve months we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, phone number, email address, IP address), commercial information (the service you asked about), internet activity (pages viewed, referring URL), and geolocation to the level of a ZIP code. We collect it for the purposes described in “How We Use Your Information”, from you directly and from your use of the Website. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 18. California residents may request access, correction, and deletion using the contact details above.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Website, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our pages, and improve our services. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it and remove the number from our messaging list.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices or content, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any website you visit.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Please review it periodically.
