Metabolic Liver Health
For people managing fatty liver findings alongside their own physician.
Personalized review, grounded in your health history.
Understanding NAFLD and fatty liver
Metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease, previously called nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, occurs when excess fat builds up in the liver. Some people have little inflammation, while others develop inflammation, scarring, or more advanced liver disease. It often overlaps with weight, diabetes, cholesterol, and cardiovascular risk.
Diagnosis and monitoring belong with a primary care clinician, gastroenterologist, or hepatologist. Established management may include nutrition, activity, weight reduction when appropriate, metabolic risk management, and treatment of complications. Cellular and regenerative approaches remain experimental and are not a substitute for laboratory testing, imaging, or specialist care.
Our consultation reviews your diagnosis, recent liver information, medication, metabolic health, and goals. If you have recent liver enzyme results, a FibroScan or elastography reading, or recent imaging, have them to hand, because they are the difference between a general conversation and a useful one. A licensed provider explains the limits of available evidence and decides whether any supportive assessment is appropriate. No cell-derived or regenerative product is approved to treat liver fibrosis or any stage of liver disease.
Some liver problems need urgent attention rather than a consultation. Vomiting blood, black or tarry stools, yellowing of the skin or eyes, new confusion or drowsiness, or a swollen and painful abdomen need emergency care now: call 911 or go to an emergency department.
Potential Benefits
A liver-health consultation may help you:
- A structured review of your liver findings, your metabolic risk factors, and your current care
- A clear account of what cell-based research has and has not established in fatty liver disease
- Screening for liver and metabolic factors that may affect eligibility
- Questions to discuss with your hepatologist or primary care clinician
- A realistic next step, which for advanced fibrosis or cirrhosis is a return to hepatology care
Who May Benefit
A liver-health assessment may make sense for people including:
- Adults with MASLD or NAFLD documented by a clinician
- People already addressing metabolic and cardiovascular risk factors
- Individuals under primary care, gastroenterology, or hepatology follow-up
- People willing to share recent liver enzyme results, elastography or FibroScan readings, and imaging
- Adults seeking a realistic explanation of experimental research
Therapies a Provider May Consider
Every option is reviewed individually after your history, current care, and goals are understood.
Exosome Therapy
Exosome therapy works with the signaling vesicles your cells already use to communicate. Studied for recovery, skin quality and healthy aging, and always planned by a licensed provider.
Learn MoreNAD+ Therapy
NAD+ is the coenzyme your cells use to turn food into energy, and levels fall with age. A leading choice for support with energy, mental clarity and recovery.
Learn MoreMUSE Cell Therapy
A stress enduring cell type able to develop into many tissue types. Explored for healthy aging, recovery and whole body cellular wellness, always guided by clinical review.
Learn MoreStem Cell Therapy
The body's own building and repair cells, and the foundation of regenerative medicine. Explored for recovery, mobility and healthy aging through physician guided planning.
Learn MoreWhat the Research Looks At
MASLD and NAFLD have established evaluation and risk-management pathways. Regenerative approaches remain experimental and do not replace liver or metabolic care. These references provide condition guidance, regulatory context, and registered-study information.
Start With an Assessment
Every visit begins with a consultation and a medical screening. A licensed provider decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.
