IN-HOME CARE
A licensed clinician comes to you. Before that happens, three things have to line up: your history, a medical screening, and a provider who agrees the visit makes sense.
The Process
How it works
-
The intake call
We call you and go through the questions on our intake form: what brought you to us, your medical history, current medications, and what you are hoping to change. It takes up to ten minutes.
Nothing is scheduled at this stage, and there is no cost.
-
Good Faith Exam
We submit your information for a Good Faith Exam, the medical screening a licensed provider must complete before any service can be considered. You receive a text message with a secure link and complete it yourself, in your own time.
-
Video consultation
If the screening clears, you meet a provider by video. This is a real consultation, not a formality, and it carries a second approval. The provider reviews what the screening returned, asks their own questions, and decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you.
-
The visit at home
Only after both approvals does a clinician come to you. They bring everything needed, work under physician oversight, and stay until you are settled and comfortable. Once approved, a visit can usually be scheduled for the next business day.

-
Privacy
Nobody arrives in branded clothing and no vehicle is marked.

Start with an assessment
Every visit begins with a consultation and a medical screening. A licensed provider decides what, if anything, is appropriate for you. Not sure whether your concern is covered? Start with our care areas.
Book a ConsultationWhy people choose to be seen at home
- No waiting room, no traffic, no parking structure, no recovery in a shared space.
- The same clinical standards, documentation and oversight as a clinic setting.
- For people managing fatigue, mobility or a chronic condition, travelling to an appointment is often the hardest part of it.
